2 oz. ELIJAH CRAIG SMALL BATCH Rye
¼ oz. SIMPLE SYRUP
3 Dashes OF ANGOSTURA® BITTERS
1 BRANDIED CHERRY
1 SLICE OF ORANGE
In a mixing glass add cherry, orange and bitters. Gently muddle as to break up the fruit. Next add simple syrup, Elijah Craig Small Batch and ice. Stir until well chilled. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice, strain cocktail over ice and garnish with a slice of orange.
2 oz. LARCENY BOURBON
3 oz. GINGER BEER
½ oz. Cranberry Juice
½ oz. SIMPLE SYRUP
1 Slice OF LIME
1 Sprig FRESH MINT
Build over ice in your favorite mule mug. Garnish with lime & mint leaves.
2 oz. EVAN WILLIAMS 1783 small batch BOURBON
1 SPLASH OF GINGER ALE
1 LEMON PEEL
Add the Bourbon to a glass filled with ice. Fill with ginger ale and garnish with a long strip of lemon peel.
2½ oz. Elijah Craig Bourbon
½ oz. SIMPLE SYRUP
5 MINT LEAVES
1 Sprig OF FRESH MINT FOR GARNISH
In either a julep cup or highball glass place mint leaves on the bottom, top with simple syrup and gently muddle. Next fill the glass with cracked ice, add Bourbon, and stir until the glass is frosted. Garnish with a mint sprig.
